A new beginning. Upon creation of the Foundation, the founding members will elect a Chamber of Councilors consisting of founders and individuals who provide services in the Legal, Risk, HR, Finance, IT, WEB3, and Operational Management industries. These Councilors will oversee the Emergence of the HealthTek DAO and effectively steward the governance model toward achieving the mission of the DAO. This Chamber will be in effect for four years or until the resignation of a member. A minimum of 6 Chamber members are required by the rules of the DAO.
This Chamber will appoint a 3-branch model. Each branch or forevermore, “Council” has its own set of business support divisions, consisting of the following:
Emergent Governance Overview: CODE FORUM: Chamber of Council, Organization Council, Development Council, and Economic Councils.
These Councils will **ensure the ecosystem’s stability and protocols. They will also provide oversight, compliance, and adherence to legal structures, bylaws, smart contracts, cybersecurity, governance, power imbalance prevention, risk assessment, and treasury management.
Councilors will create templates and documents for policy and procedures adhering to the Foundation's bylaws. (Insert Bylaws Link) This process is triggered at the start of the Emergent Governance. All required documentation for the Councils will be created immediately after the finalized Foundation/DAO legal structure, not to exceed a 30-day time frame.
The Council will also identify and preapprove suppliers and vendors to support the DAO in emergencies where internal processes cannot solve the problem.
These vendors will be reviewed and pre-approved for utilization by the above councils as a last effort to resolve issues within the DAO.
Pricing models will be negotiated and recorded at the onboarding phase.
These members will receive a Token Allocation for their services in creating a stable and reliable ecosystem. They play a critical role in the DAO’s Governance. The original appointees/Councilors will hold their positions for 2 years unless 66% of the community requests a replacement. This process is outlined in section K. - Feedback and continuous loop process after each HIP has gone through it. It will need to be defined further. “Cause for replacement.”
