HealthTek DAO will include a foundation governed and established by the laws of Panama. The foundation stewards our DAO, acts as a legal wrapper for the DAO’s Treasury, and administers the governance procedures of the entity to ensure limited Liability to the members.

Establishing a Panama foundation aims to assist HealthTek in overcoming the complexities associated with operating amidst traditional industries and legacy regulatory frameworks. Its primary objective is to foster the growth of HealthTek DAO into the foremost global network while ensuring adherence to regulations. Operating within a defined jurisdiction offers various benefits, including mitigating community liability, elucidating tax obligations, securing intellectual property rights, engaging in conventional contractual agreements, enhancing legal protections, and other additional advantages.

The Founders will create the Foundation utilizing a New York based law firm that specialize in emergent technology, blockchain, Global DAO, and US regulations.  Their team has partner counsel in Panama, BVI, the Cayman Islands, El Salvador, and others to assist with creating our Foundation/DAO.
