For applicants, competitive rewards are offered, including recognition, direct incentives, and a transparent selection process that showcases their impact on the DAO’s vision. These incentives not only encourage a higher rate of applications but also elevate the quality and diversity of candidates. Community members who participate in voting and surveys are similarly incentivized, for example, through governance tokens, exclusive content access, early involvement in upcoming projects, POAPs, etc. Such rewards aim to recognize their critical role in shaping the DAO's future while ensuring a consistent flow of diverse perspectives and innovative ideas into the decision-making process.
