HealthTek DAO uses a Gnosis Safe Multisig with a minimum of 6 trusted signers with the following address:

1. Johnnie Refvik
2. Mandy Refvik
3. NovaKit
4. Head of Security Council
5. Head of Risk Council
6. Head of Delegate Council

All 6 Board of Council members will be active signers of the Gnosis Multisig Safe.

The founding members will assign the Multisig singers to the HealthTek DAO for a four-year period, following the same process as Section K.
