The HEALTHTEK DAO community is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive environment for all members. To ensure this, we have established the following code of conduct.
Respectful and Professional Communication:
We expect all members to communicate in a respectful and professional manner, regardless of their background, experience, or opinions. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
Public Relations:
We ask all members to respect the DAO’s public footprint and not act in any way that may harm its reputation. Being a member of the HEALTHTEK DAO means that your actions have consequences for the community and yourself, and we ask you to carefully consider this before engaging with the public.
Transparency and Honesty:
All members are expected to act transparently and honestly in their interactions with the community and when participating in the decision-making process.
Fair and Responsible Voting:
All members are expected to vote in a fair and responsible manner, in line with the community’s goals and values.
Intellectual Property:
All members are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of others, including the rights of the funded research projects.
Responsible Use of Tokens:
All members must use the GROW token responsibly and per the community’s goals and values.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
All members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to synthetic biology research.
Reporting Violations:
Members are expected to report any violations of this code of conduct to the DAO community leaders.
Consequences:
Violations of this code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension of membership, or expulsion from the community at the community's discretion.
We encourage all members to familiarize themselves with this code of conduct and to actively contribute to creating a positive and productive environment for all.
