We envision contributors, investors, healthcare providers, users, patients, and stakeholders of the HealthTek DAO $HEAL Token creating and voting on Proposals that control how the system works. These HealthTek Improvement Proposals ("HIP" for short) can change/upgrade the way the DAO ecosystem, smart contracts, and token economics work and operate.

HIP templates will be available for the community to move forward with their desired goal and Mission of the DAO. All HIPs follow the same process from creation to deployment:

There will be 4 HIP templates:

Standard HIP: HIP-(info)

• Outlined below and follow normal operating standards on polling and time frames

Venture HIP: HIP - (Company seeking Funding)

• Outlined below and follow normal operating standards on polling and time frames.

  These two HIPs are special-purpose vehicles and have adjusted time frames for review and polling.

• Emergency: HIP-EMERGENZ

• Decentralized: HIP-D

These HIPs can be submitted to the community and pass through the CODE Forum/Snapshot process a total number of 3 times before the HIP is considered failed/Terminated.

The CODE Forum will provide input and offer assistance in tailoring the HIPs to move along in the process.
